The hall was built in 2006, and provides up to date facilities for a wide range of functions. It is heated throughout.
The main room of the hall provides comfortable seating at tables for 60-80 people, and for more informal events there is room for up to 120 people. Chairs, tables and table linen are available. The floor of the main room is semi-sprung, which makes it suitable for dancing and other active or sporting events. There is a hearing loop fitted.
The hall has a separate meeting room with tables and seating for up to 12 people. It is ideal on its own for small group meetings, or can be used in conjunction with larger events in the main hall.
The hall has a modern and well-planned kitchen, which can easily cope with larger functions. Cutlery, crockery and glassware are available. A hatch opens onto the main hall.
As well as the usual ladies and gents toilets, there is a separate disabled toilet. This also houses a fixed baby changing unit.
The hall is entered through a foyer with good disabled access. All the rooms in the hall are on the same level.
